It worked!!!!! I was shocked but thankful. I thought I would wind up taking it to a dealership to pay a whole lot of money to get it fixed. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Thank you Charlie.
Dude, no freakin' way!!! It totally worked on my 2006 Nissan Titan. There's no telling how much the dealerships rip people off for stuff like this. Thank god for the updater, and youtube.
My airbag light came on about 3 weeks ago. 2009 Nissan Titan. It was driving me crazy. Found this video and thought I have nothing to lose. Well it worked! Thanks!!!
Mine just started this. I jumped on RU-vid. Tried this and it worked. Thank you so much. Had mine for 6 yrs and never had this problem before now. You're a lifesaver of keeping me sain. Ty
I have a 2008 Nissan Rogue. I can't believe it, it worked!!!! You do have to wait for the slow diagnostic blink to happen, if not it doesn't work. It took me a couple of tries since I do not do this often obviously! Thank you DIYTECK!
WORKED BUT! I have a 2007 350Z. Airbag light came on unexpectedly and I could not turn it off. Nissan service told me it was a $300+ fix. Found on Google there was a recall on my sensor. Checked with Nissan and was told repair was already made and they would not pay for it again. Took to local trusted garage who checked it out on their computer hookup and it showed a wiring problem. Tried your reset and it did not work. Then looked under passenger seat where all the electronics are located for airbags. I found many connection points and pushed in on all of them. Rerun your procedure and it worked 1st time. Something under the passenger seat had worked loose. Thanks!
Just tried it on my 2001 Xterra. It worked! I did it the first time and I guess my counting was off, but I did the cycle a second time and yep yep, it stopped the annoying flash. Thank you for posting this!
Worked on my 2012 Cube. Took about 4 on/offs. My Cube is a push-button start. I am really surprised it actually worked. With the push-button, you push the button 'twice', (don't touch the brake or it will actually start the car). The Airbag light illuminates for a few seconds, goes out, and them when it comes on again push the start button to stop. Repeat until the airbag light doesn't blink and stays off. Thanks for the tip.
Quick question. I have tried that sequence as well. It has gone off in my 2008 nissan rogue. But once I drive it comes right back. Did it come back on your vehicle? If not, any suggestions. Thank you.
@@CharlieTaskit appreciate it. On mine, once I reset.. I drive and within seconds it blinks again. A lot of videos show it goes away but none speak or mention it coming back. So I'm still searching. Thank you for taking the time.
Wow, picked up some 2017 versa SV seats for my base model 2014 versa and I had the air bag error code light come on after the swap. I even replaced the sensors under the seat and that didn’t fix the issue. This method fixed my issue right away - thank you!
Wah gwan, my bruhdah. I got de’ problems, ya know? Car make de’ blink, too much. De’ boy pon de’ fix an’ ting’ Rel nice, ya know? Gwan wit de’ air blag an’ ting. Thanks 👍 God bless, just saved me time and money, worked well for my Nissan Sunny 2015, but I had to do it twice and the second time i did it 4 times. Thanks
If you have an actual airbag fault, this doesn't work - the warning returns. You then need to either delve into airbag replacement - crazy dear, crazy hassle - or go the bag emulator route.
