any particular acoustic foam you'd recommend? i can't find a good brand i like yet. i love this idea of insulation + acoustic foam. also i work nights and i am wondering if i could somehow measure out and create a panel that would cover my window so it blocks out light (and sound) at night. sounds like a rly cool idea. just gotta figure out what good foam is, and how to fit that big insulation in the car XD
As far as brands go I’m not sure. I actually had a local vendor called foam factory that I could pick it ip from. I ordered 2” acoustical foam. Had the eggshell look to it. And I got some home depot insulation and stuck the foam to the back of that. I’m not sure how well it would help outside sounds but it cant hurt! If you cant fit it in your car id have it delivered
