The law is simple, if it is publicly accessible you can access it and up to the point you are told to leave there is no offence, when you are asked to leave it becomes tresapss which is a civil matter and if you refuse to leave it becomes aggravated trespass which is criminal.
Pure Audits is very timid and non confrontational - unfortunately. I'd NEVER have let him get out of frame unless he walked away from me. Although lmfao at: 11:36 "Little angry man storms off and does a Hitler salute" should be the title. Isn't hitler saluting illegal in bongland?
I always find it funny when, over and over, these company/security peeps say 'you're not listening to what I'm saying' when what they really mean is ' you're not doing what I'm telling you to do'.
You really can't win can you? If you go onto the property to tell them what you are doing, they accuse you of trespassing, yet when you don't tell them, they say you should have done! Some people are just so bloody stupid and he was a first class pillock!
He looked ever so powerful and authoritative when he stood there with one hand on his hip and the other hand wildly gesticulating, sorta' like an angry teapot.
Shared to their facebook page. Bloody clowns - turn that way - NO - don't turn away ever my friend - when they say stuff like that when I'm out doing photography I really start taking a heap of photos of them.
What an absolute prick of a guy. One of these people who has never been told no in their life. God help his colleagues if he's in a management role. A mass audit at this place would be wonderful.
i thought he looked ever so powerful and authoritative, when he stood there with one hand on his hip and the other hand wildly gesticulating, sorta' like an angry teapot.
And more importantly stop going in circles with them and stop trying to hammer home Google maps/photos when they clearly dont care. Tell them piss off and watch them squirm
. . but PA is following all the guidance and recommendations laid out in the CAA documentation, which makes people, like 'Adolf' (or is that Mel Brooks?) the security guy, look ridiculous for not having an understanding of filming laws in the UK, or an understanding of history and the Fall of the Third Reich, especially 'in this day and age'. 😮
I've noticed that this guy's meek and mild act really brings out the aggression in security staff. It's quite interesting. I wonder if they were school bullies?
He was very demanding and knew nothing, he needs to swat up on gdpr and recording in public. You went in to tell them and he accused you of trespass. Couldn't win here! Great video pal as always 👍
Wouldn’t you think a large company like Welsh water would employ people who are more social media savvy in this day and age of social media who can turn this type of experience into a positive one, rather than send out this guy who has absolutely no clue and just basically shown himself and the company up Trying to show off and give it the big un in front of his trainee good audit pure btw 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
@@ydamydam2787 yeah, I agree you would think a major company like this who most likely use social media on a regular basis to promote themselves would know better , or have better trained staff
@@ydamydam2787 Because they think a plastic badge puts them a step above the public so they attempt to lord over them to pump up their tiny egos . I worked in the public sector and for entertainment purposes i always sided with the public to stir the pot . really disliked the way these twerps referred to the public as sheep behind their backs .
Exactly, that's how it should be done, by going in it then makes them more angry, I always say stay on public property as you will always have the high ground, by going in you are now on their terms and they have the high ground
@@Mrchipsv2 No it doesn't. If you watch someone like DJ Audits he still gets angry employees/security coming out. Go watch his video of the Libra chemical company in Manchester if you want proof of that. Also why would you be on their terms if you inform them ? They have no say either way.
Always fun when people can't just say "don't film me", but have to use this magical formal "legal" language, like "I do not give you permission to record or use my image"
@@sojourn6697 here's another one: why don't you stop using rubbish retorts? I don't need to go down and show people how it's done. We KNOW how it's supposed to be done. I'm not a doctor but I wouldn't hesitate to tell him to wash his hands and wear gloves if he wasn't doing his job properly. But, by your logic, I don't have any right to and should roll my sleeves up and do the job myself. See how ridiculous that sounds?
@@QuagmiresDooflab your reply doesn’t surprise me. Just go there and show us how it’s suppose to be done sunshine. If you’re as good as you think you are just put up or shut up.
@@sojourn6697 and neither does yours. I don't need to do anything, sport. You can shut up, though. I suppose you say the same to people who watch football and criticise a player or the ref? Do you never criticise a film, either? Thought so. Are you his best mate or something? Stop talking rubbish.
This is my favourite audit channel. Love the way you explain to people that you're not going to be flying the drone inside their building. Some of the interactions with people who work in these places are priceless. Also the way you stay calm and don't react to their attitude sometimes makes them even more angry. So funny to watch. Brilliant! 👍😂
@11.40 I thought that salute stopped at the end of WW2. Mind you it does suit that self important dictator. Deliberately uneducated by his own choice. Anyone in the area with an interest in photography go visit these mugs.
Extremely unlikely if it's about the satellite images, and also unlikely if it's the Google Earth pics taken from airplanes. However, the analogy of some arbitrary guys taking pics/videos on a hot-air balloon ride is more helpful when it comes to discussing the air space above that site.
What a prick he couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery never mind the security at a water company’s d he was full of his own self importance as are most security staff at these companies who do t know the drone laws.
THE GUY WAS VERY DEMANDING AND AUTHORETIVE YET CLEARLY UNAWARE OF BOTH PUBLIC PHOTOGRAPHY AND DRONE LAWS. I CALL THESE PEOPLE "PROPERTY POSESSIVE". THEY SAY IT'S ALRIGHT TO FILM OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY BUT NOT THEIRS AND THEY SAY IT IS WRONG TO FILM PEOPLE WITHOUT PERMISSION OR COMPUTER SCREENS. THE RULE(without CAVIATS) IS "IF YOU CAN SEE IT YOU CAN FILM IT" AND YOU MUST CREATE YOUR OWN PRIVICY.
Yet too long of a chain of "you've got no permission", "I don't need authority", "yes, you do", "no, I will go there and crack on", "you will?", "yes"... *sigh* Get the facts straight sooner, please.
“OH NO MATE” this has happened to me mate a couple of times were either drone flight has not recorded or file appear corrupt 🙈 i go back and do it 1st available chance especially if get a great reaction like this, brilliant video defo 1 of your best interaction 😃👍🏻🏴
If Alan Jones doesn't like to be filmed, he needs to Foxtrot Oscar back into his shitty little office in Dwr Cymru! The sad thing is that the younger Security guy was looking at him with puppy-dog eyes and probably thinking 'MY BOSS....WHAT A MAN!' 😂😂😂 What a utter KNOB, I say! 😊
The entitlement in this one is great. Doesn't even want to know what the law is but but is quite happy to make up laws of his own. What a prize pillock.
@simondalzell5635. That comment makes me believe that you knew my old Intelligence Sergeant, sir. 😉 I was forever saying that to him after I heard him say it once. 🤣🤣
