Thanks for the video Ralph, always enjoy your content. I was interested until I saw the price on this - with shipping, $491. I guess if you're *really* hurting for space it might be worth it, but a $100 more and you could get one of the Arcade1up Pinball tables, and $150-$200 more and you could get the Legends Pinball. Seems like a lot of cash for a basic unit.
It is, it's not for everyone. Sharpin is still a small company and so he's got a lot more overhead, so pricing is reflected in his inability to have the economy of scale these bigger guys do. It's a solid product overall but I know this price is a factor on anything like this. Thanks for watching and thank you for the comment.
Just wanted to follow up on this and see if you are still using the Nintendo Switch with the Sharpin and if so, are you still liking it? Any additional mods?
I have this setup and it's great. I'm trying to find out if you can add more buttons to the encoder to simulate the other switch buttons such as X,Y ZR and ZL? Some of the pinball games such as Pinball FX and Pinball M don't allow you to use a 2nd controller which is quite restrictive. If anyone knows if this is possible pls respond. Thanks
I'm looking to get some Daytona tt25-8 exciters myself but I don't know if I should get the 8ohm or 16ohm ones? Which ones do you reccomend me for a sharpin cabinet?
I found a board like this on Amazon I don't know anything about this stuff but I want to do this to my at games pinball because I don't have a pc do you have a video or would you do one making this kind of thing for the at games pinball machine even if there's no back glass display that's fine but it's a workaround for those without a pc but have a switch
Hi! I'm waiting for my sharpin cabinet to arrive soon! I have a doubt: is it the same config on the arcade button encoder either for Switch or PC (Visual Pinball X, Pinball Arcade)? I would appreciate it so much if you could give me an answer.
Do they make any kit or any way to make the buttons on the legends pinball work like this, I am doing your other method with the switch from your other video but using the actual buttons would be awesome. Can it be done?
Ok so I bought a Sharpin Ultra when it first came out and I would like to be able to use my switch instead of android box, so which encoder should I get happ or sanwa?
