i have galaxy s9 with one ui 2.5 android 10 and i can get to the smart view developer options but there is no "secondscreen" option for me

It's because these are dev options and still in beta. I'd rather have the options hidden than not implemented yet like with Apple for example

@@MixingSneaX I guess I agree, thanks for the answer. However, I do believe that Apple has had continuity features and seamless integration for many years now, so it is Samsung that is playing catch up for these particular features

Why would someone show all the beta features?

Yeah, I used it, it's extremely laggy. It's in early stage of development.

Superdisplay is a better options, it's without lag.

@@TC-iv7dn it was smooth for me. It depends on your wifi connection. Get a better modem than what your ISP gives you. It's not that hard to solve your own problems, so do it.

@@CanadianBakin42O I solved it much simpler, like I already said. I use the app super display. There is no lag with super display. I also have very good WiFi and internet. What's your problem?

@@tylerperron9590 They removed the function to open the dev menu from the Smartview GUI, but it's possible to open it directly via a shortcut because the dev screen (and many other Smartview functions) are Android _activities_ - something like apps within an app, which can be called/started externally without going into the parent app (that's an automation feature to allow external apps to e.g. open a certain settings page without having to go into the settings app and navigating there). In this case, you don't need to call the dev menu because all you want is the "second screen" function, which is a Smarview activity itself. You can create shortcuts to activities with apps like "Activity Launcher" or "Shortcut Maker" but some activities are "private" (can only be called from the parent app), including the dev screen and the "second screen" main screen. However, the "second screen player" is a public activity - you can create a shortcut to it, then it will launch a black second screen window (because nothing is "playing"), then just use the back button and you end up in the second screen main menu where the phone will show up as an available wireless screen for other devices.

you have an idea how to maximize the display in fold 4? I can't find this option and the display only utilizes about 2/3 of the screen.

I tried like for 3 or 4 times and it worked (S20 FE)

@@SebastianSeth lol, yeah, and use it for hat? As my displays are large I dont have to sit too close. This Samsung display is way too small to use it as a secondary or as a third display and I would not see too many things on it..

Nah it's helpful for me as a uni student NGL coz I can have tabs of questions opened on the phone and the solutions on the main laptop screen and stuff
