Realistically regular people like us won’t get opportunities to buy a 30,000 dollar NSX. So you say this is how you can achieve your goals. But we won’t get opportunities to buy cars like this before big RU-vidrs on cars once in a lifetime deal. You 100% worked for your following and built it which is respectable but at the end of the video you made it sound easy and made it sound like all 2 million of your subscribers can achieve this, which truly isn’t the case. Simply put we just won’t find crazy deals like this to get these cars and on top of that we don’t have a team of 4-5 workers to help build our cars in a months time. But you make it sound like it’s easy when it really isn’t

For the levrack doors put large vynl signs on the doors when closed so when you open them the sign splits into 2 half’s but when you close the door is a complete logo of the brand

Looks great! I’m curious what the labor hours are that went into rebuilding, because the work isn’t free even if doing it yourself. That can certainly add up, plus is not usually something you include in your project cost. Labor hour estimates would be great for anybody interested in a rebuild or restore of their own vehicles at home. Great to see you still following your dreams and making them reality.

The NSX turned out very nice. Props to TJ and his team! However, I’ll give 10 to 1 odds that TJ is going to flip this car for a profit and not keep it. When TJ said he was going to keep the R34, he built that car to perfection! This NSX build was VERY different… basically a “let’s get it running and looking decent with as little money as possible”. Respect for the work performed, but this will either be part of a giveaway, a trade, or for sale soon.

That is one of the most iconic cars ever built, just remember who was involved in the development.

@TJ, heads up NA1 and NA2 doesn't mean pop-ups versus fixed headlights as NA2 started in 1997 and still had the pop-ups. NA1 is 3.0L and NA2 is 3.2L so different than the S2K nomenclature. For some of the missing plugs it looks like you don't have the windshield washer reservoir so one of those plugs is that. There is an AC condenser down there too in front of the wheel with a 2 pin plug. The remaining spare connection down there is for the fender side lights that were deleted in your previous videos. :)

THIS nsx build is my favorite it just how i would do it same wheels ither those or the spoon but the carbon wing defuser and lip bucket seats i love 90s jdm thats what i grew up with i had crx and a delso in high school and after now in my late 30s i have a camry lol

Fun to watch! But, anyone else thinks he should include the cost of labor in the totals? How many labor hours went into this project? Some of those hours are highly paid rates per hour to his employees and contractors. Also, there are other costs, like all the infrastructure, utilities, and equipment he has in his shop to do this type of work.

Nsx is my 2nd favorite build on this channel behind the R34 of course.

Since watching you from 2015 till today is wild... finally built my dream car on the channel and it came out better than i could ever imagine :')

Been following your channel for a while now. Any chance you boys are interested in building a Celica gtfour? I’ve watched every video on RU-vid there is on gtfour’s. there is no channel that does a full detailed restoration or build of one. I don’t understand why. It’s not only a jdm icon but also a jdm rally icon. Toyota also used the 3sgte engine in Supra’s to save weight in competition. Hopefully this comment reaches ya’ll and is taken into consideration. I may be biased cause I own one, but I feel the video series on a gtfour would pop off.

Paint is better than wrapping a car

FYI you’re supposed to give those side skirt clips an 1/8 of a turn, they’ll pull right out. And then onto the side skirt before it is re installed.

You need to add to the cost, labor and the fact that you have tens of thousands worth of tools, with that being said if I had your set up, Id do the same thing, super sexy car!

Championship white was made for the NSX....nothing looks better then an NSX in Championship white with red guts!! Good call on the color!

The breakdown that of the cost at the end is a little misleading, as it doesn't include any of the labor hours, and this time that you have to pay your employees. That total was just for parts. But, I will say that you guys had a great job on the car. It looks phenomenal.

Yo teej, i would suggest installing metal bollards either outside in front of your roller doors or behind it for added security. Nice work on the car, looks great.
