You may not be an experienced woodturner here but you are a craftsman with The Touch. As I watch more of your excellent videos, I'm sure your turning skills will get better and better. And quickly too I'd wager 👍🏆 -Mike
Wow, thank you so much Mike for your comment. Practicing is the key to improvement. I started woodturning because I wanted a new knob for a Stanley plane that I was restoring. But woodturning is so much fun that I want to learn this. - Frank
This "Chinese " made lathe is a good quality for the money. Had no problems with this lathe, but I wanted a bigger lathe and could afford a Record Power Coronet Herald.
@@TheTinyWorkshop but most things are now manufactured in China. Even the Austrian Holzman lathes also I do believe. In any case today I ordered a HBM free standing (weight 95kg) for the same price as a bench top from Axminster/Holzman/Holzstar etc. It's my first wood lathe so I don't need top of the range. The Coronet is a beautiful machine however.
Stationair heel weinig geluid.
Thanks. It still amazes me that my first video, where I have hardly any lathe experience, is still being watched so much. And where I have a better feeling about the video myself, there are fewer viewers.🤔
@@TheTinyWorkshop you never know what is going to fly I make a video and I'm so proud of and it gets hardly any view's. And on the other hand a video that I think stinks I get all kinds of views....so who knows🤔😂
