Another good video Richard nice to see you getting hay made late start for us too at hay here in n Ireland on the subject of tedders Lely are really good machines but I’ve had various twin rotor rakes & the lely one was too weak to cope with heavy crops & wet conditions we tend to get at silage over here Over thousands of acres far & away the 2000 series Claas give no trouble at all & consistently rake well Currently last 12 years have 2800 Claas & would buy another new one if wasn’t the price but plenty of good second hand ones about Your oars & s barely looks great
Nice to see your planning ahead with cropping for future years and weed /black grass control. Hay making always on tender hooks with weather hopefully you get in all done before weather breaks
Your a proper farmer Richard, checking your crops and planning ahead. The john deere and tedder make a good combination, doing a great job and a lovely crop of hay.
