After many failures, after thinking that I failed in life, I finally see that my only enemy is my mind and how I always limit myself and self sabotage myself, “chase your own applause” “if you have time to lick yourself you have time to improve”, thanks for the content, it really helped me a lot

as a game developer, I tell you that this isn't gonna work because a developer's worst nightmare is that he will never enjoy his own creation. So if you make the game, set your own rules and rewards, you know what's to come so your dopamine will not get triggered the way you want. Instead make this a multiplayer game. have a partner, both keep tabs on each other and the scores. that way there is an element that you cannot control (the other people), hence that will somewhat trigger the reward center of your brain.
This tip is good but if I say this to someone who I think may join me in my game , then he may think I'm a crazy boy whose childhood is still going on , that embarrasses me
Me I'll prefare that he creates a routine himself for us because as you exactly said when you create your own workout plan you'll never be able to get it complete it's something you've but can't continue with it So I need a routine from him to follow it daily and the penalty that may follow if I dont do it
Omg I have never been this early before. Thanks Emo Analysis for helping all of us level up our lives! Your content means the world to us. I will thank you again once I have achieved my goals!
You can access the template from the description. For those of you having trouble editing the system, first, you have to copy it to your Notion account (watch a tutorial on RU-vid)
I have a doubt MR. System yea I will call you MR.System coz u gave us the template which u will update BUTTTT WHY DID I GET A 1999$ FREE UNICORN , WAS THAT A GIFT FROM YOU MR. SYSTEM ????
I really like your videos but for your leveling systems and what you did I really appreciate but I'm not sure it will work for me I just wanted you to create a small routine with daily task we could apply everyday and your leveling system I dont also understand how it works I really like your videos and I want you to grow more on what you're doing for us I also hope you'll make videos on L and ayanokoji with critical and more detail analyses 🙏🏼🙏🏼
This is legendary. Thank you for the video 🙌🏾💜 I just finished decomposing my big 90 day goal into 5 distinct skills I can practice each week. Your system looks like a great way to gamify it beyond just writing in a journal
I have an idea for everyone they can use something like paper or pc notepad or something and write info like it's the system and u can change it daily to see the difference and everytime you can't complete it you can use system to trash talk you so it will encourage you and also for penalty it depends on what you did if you skipped everything you have to spar someone who has good muscles if u skip one u have to increase the workout you couldn't finish and if u still dont do it someone can slap you or something like that :D
I thought up a similar mindset of this many years ago. It worked when I was younger in Call Of Duty and FIFA. Results wise, succeeding in what I have applied it to. Putting the effort into other aspects of life. Now I'm a noob at Call Of Duty and FIFA. Do I mind.... no. Life is so much bigger than obsessing over a title that is forgotten about as soon as the next title is released. Wasted effort. My gym level carries over to next years title, my salary continues to next years title and my relationships with people also carry over.
@@rohanjeetsingh5318 make your on account in notion first After that use the link here to copy and then paste in your Account and then modify that folder in your account according to you ... Just see tutorials of how to copy
I’ve been semi-paralyzed past 7 years and in bed rest, I’m just bored af and surviving on this difficulty setting is BS! Even if I wanna go out or do things my legs don’t work long enough for me to do that, and my eyes get fatigued fast when I’m around screens like now, they feel like they are gonna pop outta their sockets. I just feel like a zombie. I try to eat really clean and been so past 15-20 years , I sleep at 8pm , and try to be as healthy as possible despite all my health issues. I don’t feel like I’m able to really participate in the game anymore. I just gotta rest, and try to survive despite being bored af always.
I respect you brother for working at it always 🙏 someone in my family faces a similar issue, and it is about showing up each day and trying to find little moments of happiness. Best wishes brother, keep pursuing your dreams ❤
That's kind of interesting just imagine you make your own game that requires you to earn XP from doing everyday task like Example: Exercise, Learn new language, Code, or more etc. Well the sad part is that I don't get to summon A thousand Shadow soldiers to do my work.
I just took some of your ideas and put it into a python script (Shop timers etc are now automated). Its much more fun using the system like this. Thank you for the ideas.
We do have motivation to brush teeth. The motivation is not getting bad teeth. Motivation moves us in everything. What we must focus, is to NOT BEING DOPAMINE DEPENDENT to procceed in any task.
@@Jinu_31 I am beginner with python but still it's been 2 years while I am struggling to learn python due to procrastination and the cult of school system
So breaking certain things down... My time as a martial artist puts me around 70% of Level 5. :D (Just going back and doing a rough estimate of the hours of training in classes and alone. Not as far along on reading. At least based off the books and stuff I remember for sure. It's probably significantly more. I haven't even factored in non-fiction.
Hey bro would you like to duo together in it as i think it would be more interesting in doing it with someone as we would also be able to discuss our progress at the end of the day
I have made a great system inspired by novel related to system in excel, You will have to just enter value or time (you can change it into anything as its very flexible), It is easy for me to use but I think someone else will find it really challenging
Thanks for this. I’ve been doing this for ages. But with my life I keep stumbling. I losing momentum. I know it’s extreme but I used suicide as a punishment. Then I snap out of it. I always say I needed small wins. Momentum. But thanks for this video. Gonna break it down and implement it. With better punishments 😅
So there's a problem with this. The goals and quests and such don't really impart a sense of scale. How big are the Main Quests supposed to be? What about Side Quests... Like... I have no way to judge the scale. Would my Main Goal be "Write 20 novels to earn $50k in passive income" with my side quests being "Publish book 1. Publish book 2" or would Main Quest be Publish Book 1 with side quests being like "Pre-writing: Character 1, Pre-writing: Character 2, Outline Main Plot, Outline Subplot 1, Outline Subplot 2... Draft scene 1" ... Because I can break things down into very finite tasks. But the way that the video imagery lays stuff out in a way that suggests a sub/side quest is relatively minor. Like creating a character profile, or drafting a certain number of pages. But starting with my MAIN GOAL would suggest that each novel would be a Side/Sub quest, which is a ton of work for the punishment/reward scale listed. There's no intermediate scale/tier, so would sub/side quests have side quests or? And I bring this up because not everything in this can be a "daily" task.
can you do a quick review on your notion templet I was tryin to use it but it's kinda complicated for example what's the difference between side quest and daily task
Hey. I really loved this concept of yours and I can't wait to try it out. But, I am still very much confused on how to use it. Is it an automated system? How do we really gain XP points in the system? How to use it properly and efficiently? Please help me out or everyone who is just like me by giving an answer on this comment, or making a tutorial video on the system. Please consider it.
Hey bro wanna do this together than, i have trying to create a system like this from quite a while and i think it would be more interesting in doing it together with someone
