When she turns 16, don’t over do it. I wouldn’t let my daughters date until 16 and wanted to get word out NOT to try anything with them. Upon the first young boy coming to pick her up, I had called a few people over, he about crapped himself when he pulled in the driveway and there were 28 1%’s, bikes and all. It wasn’t hard, first I know them, secondly if you call around and say “free food, free booze, daughters 16th birthday first date” you get a LOT of guys that will help watch out for them. PROBLEM is when she came outside and got mad at me, she then started pushing these guys out of her way, to which all were very cool about. This did create issues at home, but no young boys would EVER try anything with my girls. Be careful not to over-do the way I did, although it was quite effective.
