Turning up the boost and doing pulls in my rotary Samurai!

Since the engine is hurt I figured it should go out with a bang.. After turning up the boost and taking it out for a ride I'm blown away. After some small changes it's running really strong and showing no signs of bad compression. I don't get it!

@@CHILLMATIC I have mine set up for boost by gear just so it's manageable on the street. I can only imagine how that thing is a high speeds

here i was thinking my shitty little 92 sierra with a g13 to g16b conversion was fast and some what scary 🤣🤣 then here you are with a what i can guess is a 13b strapped to one

What’re the temps looking like after pulls with the boost up?

Creeped up to 195 but that’s still cool. After a few hours on driving it goes up more if it’s warm out.

Use a proper rotary compression tester I made the same mistake using a regular piston one. It’s not accurate with the rotary motor for some odd reason

I think rotary, or whatever drag style samarai's are really dumb. It's different, I understand the appeal for some people, but you're doing it a disservice. They belong off-road, which is where they excel at. Because of the aero situation alone, I would not choose a Sami, lol. They should only be off-road imo.
