Thanks, Peter. For several years, I've been saying that the only way out of this is a collapse of our money, whereby no one accepts the paper currency and the corruption collapses upon itself. But, maybe I'm the optimist in the room? ;)

So my bro has a business here but it's remote work. He just hired 5 Kenyans working remotely. He says they are hardworking and cheap due to cost of living arbitrage. How does that figure into labor statistics? American business is hiring but not Americans.

Come on, folks. In order to celebrate the success of Bidenomics, I propose that everyone go purchase an EV to help save the planet. Remember, we only have six years left.

I think the federal reserve is designed to transfer wealth from labor (wage earners) to capital (the wealthy). And, it has done a tremendous job of doing so over the last 100 years. This is hardly surprising, since it was designed by bankers (the wealthy), and is owned by them, and the board is selected from candidates nominated by them. Inflation is more harmful to labor than capital, because labor only gets its wage reset once a year, while capital can raise prices at any time. Also, capital will reprice upward to reflect inflation, without negative effects if not bought or sold. Inflation guarantees that the share price of productive firms will rise, because their goods will become more expensive and their capital goods will increase in market price. This is because money is just a representation of energy, so real physical things that need real physical energy to create, will always adjust to the underlying energy value of the currency being used.
