@@DoctorDewgong I didn't explain myself correctly, I was talking about the lady playing. You are quite correct, the organ has been here for a long time.
I’m a hardened Emergency Room nurse who has seen every tragedy you can imagine and not cry…and this has me crying so hard. I don’t know why. If someone could explain this to me I’d be ever so grateful. 🙏🏻
Hiya there! Would you take a look into Five Variants of Dives and Lazarus by Ralph Vaughan Williams? It has a mysterious and flowing melody with nuanced chords that fits the organ spectacularly.
For the final recording, Zimmer and Nolan visited London's Temple Church to record on the 1926 four-manual Harrison & Harrison organ, played by church's music director, Roger Sayer. That's only 6km east from the Royal Albert Hall.
I love how silent they got once it kicked in, they were in such shock of the depth of the instrument! Amazing to see that wonder comes in all shapes and sizes.
I remember seeing Interstellar in the theater and at the end I swear most of us just sat there for almost a minute staring at the screen in awe. The music was so powerful - I downloaded the soundtrack when it became available but had to stop listening to it while I was studying or working because it was so intense and emotional that I couldn’t focus. Lol.
I' like the people watching their could watch someone play a keyboard all night long. It's fantastic to look at, but you forget about how many hours of practice must go into being this good. Thanks Anna for the wonderful music and glimpses into your world. Regards Richard 🇬🇧
I would love to stand and watch you all day long! Your ability to improvise and keep it all flowing so smoothly is amazing. You have been blessed with a wonderful talent! Please continue to share!
Wow the effect this lady and her musical instrument has on these guys is incredible look at how excited these lads were when she started playing 😊. Priceless. The sound of that organ and the way she plays it gives me goosebumps. Never thought an organ would do that to me.
Check out: Stendhal / Florence Syndrome and Frisson. I experience both of these in abundance. Noone in my family experiences these but me and my father. Oh, and ignore the ignorant chads.

That song has so many emotions! Hauntingly beautiful, sad, empowering, happy, energetic, then sad again. Watched the movie a few times. Pretty good, but I watch it to hear the music :) I can't even imagine what it sounds like when Anna is playing it! If I lived closer, I'd make a trip to listen in! Bit too far from Wisconsin to drop by ;)
