It wasn't the promoter who had the issue it was the venue. There was a statement put up on Facebook afterwards by the promoter saying the venue had agreed to Turnstile's requests and keep security out the way. Then the Classic Grand reneged on the agreement. Still a cracking night.

If there's a barrier non stop crowd surfing is a pain in the ass. No barrier the crowd has to keep moving. Also you spend quite a bit of time catching folk and making sure folk don't get hurt. Good bloody fun.
