Turtle Tacos - Trapping for the Table 

Wild game doesn’t have to have antlers. We eat all the things… Softshell and Snapping turtles are some of our favorite game late summer and they don’t just go in soup! We live trap them in ponds, creeks and rivers around the farm and they are good eating.

My 8 year old filmed this one and did a pretty darn good job. She helped pick music and helped me with the edit too. Kids got a future in digital media!
