@@Antholography it’s a solid tire and I liked it everywhere I rode. It’s a great tire for the money. It’s starting to have small chunks about 18 hours for me. So I don’t think I’ll get much more time out of it over 25.
Good review, I have ran the Recon hybrid, T45 and T35 on my 500 exc . Gummy flaots at high speed but for crawling can't beat it. T45 last the longest, but a little slick. T35 best all a round for my territory here in Nicaragua.
Rocky mtn, it's nice they are developing a tire line. I think the Recon is GREAT bang for the buck, and the Dsport on a plated bike isn't bad. For winter riding in Cherry creek, Bridgestone x30's are nice, but I'll try a set of these Tusk EMEX T35s, and I'll look for you next videos of this tire for wear. I'm currently running a M5B evo front and a JX8 rear(new to me), oh MY!!(for some rocks and single track) More bang, but more $$ LOVE THEM. Question, TuBliss and your cordless inflator, are they friends? In the garage my compressor regulator is set at 110 psi, so easy to set high pressure. Out in the wild I'm packing a bike floor pump, 110 psi is asking a lot, a cordless option would be nice!!!!!!!!!! Stoked to see your trail improvements on your property, hard work then FUN FUN FUN!!
Yeah I probably ran the x30s the most out of any tire until I started getting hybrid gummy tires. I have the IRC iX-09 tire on our beta 200 rr and man it hooks up! Yeah I use a Ryobi pump that I keep in my truck when I check the pressure before every ride. On the trail I have a high pressure handheld on that was recommended by Tubliss. But to be honest I haven’t had to use the hand pump very often.
I have been wanting to try the same irc combo 8 and the m5b front. My concerns are does the sidewall flexx like the og ix09 gekkota and is the m5b front comparable to an m59?
Got the Bridgestone Battle cross X30 tires on 2004 RM250 just intermediates (Pirelli tires wanted to get the MT21s on a dirt/street bike DRZ400S and got a 650). Mounting them is not too hard 19" have such a narrow sidewall compared to a 18" (once you get the tube in place) the battle is over. - hahaha (like 19" rear is always tough)
@@BackcountryLife Goin to sell this RM250 and want a KTM 250TPI - a KTM 350 EXC-F dirt/street (tagged) and do all the mods - just sold another race bike a few weeks ago working towards the KTM : )
@@mt1885 The KTM 250 XC is my favorite bike in the world. I have not spent any time on a 350 EXCF but have ridden the 350/250 XCF's sounds like a solid plan to me.
@@BackcountryLife Would love both!!! Will see got 3 other bikes to sell - then will see what the wife says on 2 bikes ahahah - thinkin she is always sayin something about the parts and other stuff I am ordering.
How was it changing those tires compared to changing dunlops, or Michelin’s. I hate Dunlop’s and will never buy them ever again. How stiff is the sidewall
I don’t remember them being any easier or stuffer than other tires. I just put on a set of Tusk EMEX T-45 on our YZ250FX and used the Baja No Pinch tool
