Y'all did a great job with this video! It was both fun and informative! Thanks for including the details (cost, crowds, food selection,etc.) That really helps others to plan and budget realistically! Also, I love the subtle dancing in the intro. I've always believed that one should DANCE in Animal Kingdom... especially in Asia and Africa! 💃🏾

This is always a MUST DO for us every trip. The character interaction, variety of different foods and especially the POG juice keep drawing us back. If you leave hungry, that's your own fault LOL We never have to eat anything until mid afternoon. I'm glad you were able to go and enjoyed it.

I thought the Tusker House had excellent food, but the day we went (in July) it was really too hot to eat. The characters are always in view, and that's fun!

The character experience was good we agree. always around the area. we went really early so that helped with the weather and the crowds.

The reservation was for 8:15am, do you happen to remember the time did you guys left the restaurant? I would like to know (in advance before our trip) how much park time to set aside for a character dining experience. Thanks

Hello. That's a hard question to answer. With it being buffet the time it takes to eat is going to vary with each group. There's no waiting for your food to be cooked or delivered and all you have to do is order your drinks and go get your food. How long the actual experience takes is up to you. That being said the majority of your time will be waiting and interacting with the characters in our opinion. Overall we'd say probably about 90 min at most. Hope this helps.
