TUSKSKI, FFIDYLL, Dipsters & Cold COLOSSAL!? - Amber Wave 13 & Faerie Island (My Singing Monsters) 

Lets say we didnt expect Tuskski. It is very unique and makes it really look like a monster.

Tuskski is a very good addition to the beginning verse, it plays the same amount as Bowhead but doesn't feel like missed pottential like him. Ffidyll and Dipsters really fill up that empty space Faerie had and made it much better honestly, great update!

I think you can really see an attempt at a shift in Amber Islands tone with the most recent quints. Each of them have been very full, very low, and generally filling up the last little bits missing in the verse. I feel like they sorta missed that mark with Bowhead, but Drummidary and Tuskski have absolutely KILLED it in that regard. The verses they play in feel absolutely complete. It feels like the BBB team is trying to shift the tone of the island, and while it’s working, they would need to shift the fundamentals of the island to make that work. Missed potential, sadly.

The Dipster name "Crescendip" was probably towards the term "Crescendo", which in music terms is a gradual increase in the volume or intensity of sound, and not the Crescendo Moon event (which also uses Crescendo for word play!)

After he placed Ffidyll down, there was another one still in his nursery, which is why it charged him twice. Did anyone else see that?

Edamimi's idle animation actually got changed. I thought it was just for the rare variant but the common one has it too.

Tuskski was an interesting name for the cold quint! I love how it's legs behind it are ACTUAL skis.

Tuskski’s nickname ‘Raymond’ is a reference to the voice actor (Ray Romano) of Manny the mammoth from Ice Age

I know you probably know but crescendip is a play on crescendo and dipster, crescendo is where a music piece starts quiet or normal and gets louder.

i am so hype for the cold colossal! plant colossal already improved it’s island, so i have no doubt about this one.

Funfact after rare edamimi came out they actually changed the idle animation for regular edamimi and I have to say what a improvement

Amber island is genuinely of my favorites despite its flaws it’s so catchy and I find myself humming it LOL it’s a great day for us Amber island fans

I like how Tuskski sounds and the space it fills, I just hope they raise its volume a little bit. I think Ffidyll is fantastic on Faerie Island but honestly I can't say I like the Dipsters here.

Tuskski is my new favourite monster. It’s just such a good design and it’s sounds really, really fits it’s theme. It’s supposed to be a massive elephant, with a whole landscape on it’s back, and it has a loud, low, brass noise. Incredible.

I was expecting Ffidyl to play more often but I’m satisfied with what we have. And Tuskski was a great addition!! I hope that’s not a French horn I’m hearing because we already have a French horn monster.

I love how Tuskski made whaddle sound SO MUCH BETTER. Like, I don’t dislike her on this island but she sounds even better mow

ffidyll's name "sliabh" actually means mountain in Irish ! pretty neat imo

I believe that the final quint will be going in Yelmut's verses, seeing as it's still a kind of sudden jolt from Tuskski's verse into it, as well as the fact that there are no quints in those parts yet. Hopefully this will at least bring the island to a satisfying conclusion with nothing really feeling empty (besides the beat pop, but I like the best pop as is, and it feels like an almost mysterious and quiet part leading back into the intense Yelmut verse, but maybe that's just me). Also, Yelmut's verses haven't been updated in a long time, since, what, Sneyser? Tring, I guess? It's been a while. Maybe the unofficial hex monster will fill up some final spots, just hoping it comes (and that it's not wubbox, that would be miserable ;u;).

Hearing "crescendo moon" killed me XD. A Crescendo is a musical notation meaning to get louder/stronger.

The dipsters are really good in faerie island! Edamimi is also probably my favorite rare now

I think MSM should have colorblind settings! It sucks that MPG can't read/notice certain colors! We need color blind modes!

There’s an Easter egg with the rock obstacles that I think you’ll really like! The small rock is in the shape of an angel looking thing, the medium rocks in the shape of an elf, and the big rock is in the shape of (I’m guessing) a golem !

BBB loves to take inspiration from the community, so maybe they took a bit of inspiration from Riles? Ex: the rainbows kinda behind the ears and the big clover in the front

This is a really big update and I like the new update to the mechanics to the collasals

I think rare edemimi does have some reference to beans because her top of her head looks like miscolored peas in it’s bean like the common Version And good job with the prediction of the cold quint being a wooly mammoth

When I got started on removing the obstacles I had realized that the little rock is an angel, the medium is a walking gnome with a clover on there hat, and the big one is a big gnome holding a clover! In your theory video you wished for a gnome replacing the critter for cloverspell so you kinda got what you wanted.😅

Clamble now starts in the beginning of earth island! It’s a small change but it’s great!

I think the plant quint is going to be the big vine plant from the menu but it has a grape as a head and those metallic parts that looks like a bunker door on the plant from the menu are replaced with leaves and it makes the same sound as the weird horn from the menu's song (not the sound that sounds like the nyan cat)
