Tutorial 07 - Create Operator 

You have now completed the configuration setup process. If you now want to start using the system, you must first create an operator so that you can use the call and ticket system.
If you do not know how many operator licenses you need, we have tried to explain this using two examples.
Example 1: You own a hairdressing salon with one computer at reception. One operator license is sufficient here, as all employees have access to this computer and can make calls from there.
Example 2: You have a public authority where each employee sits at their own counter and operates their own computer. Here you need exactly the same number of Operator licenses as you have workstations. It is not necessary to book an operator license for all employees if not all employees work at the same time.
The basic package already includes one operator license, you can easily book additional licenses.
