For those that have the cutoff/crop issue, move the points further away from the actual beginning and end of the shape, it'll expand the mask that the Bend It effect creates.

This video is very helpful and easy to follow! But unfortunately i’m still confused at the LoopOut cuz idk where to type them? What is it called? I use after effects 2017

Great work! I am having a problem with working with the CC Bend it which is the fact when I move in the first steps, the bending shapes cut off since it's going out of the border! how can I fix that?

Ah! Thats because when you move the layer, the start and end point of the CC bend stays at the same position. you need to make it follow the object when you move the layer. To do this alt/option+click the 'start' and 'end' points of the cc bend and add this as expression "toComp(value);". then you wont have this cut off. LMK if you have any other questions!

Search in the effects and presets for Grow Bounds. Add it to the layer and increase the pixel amount. The shapes will not be cut out anymore. And don't forget to make sure that the Grow Bounds layer is on top of CC Bend It layer.

Hi guys, thanks for the amazing video. How do you do the seamless loop? Do you set bend it at 2 secs and the video length at 8 secs so it makes a perfect loop itself? It works for me this way, but If I move the Rotation keyframes to the left as in your video, the loop becomes jumpy. Please advise, cheers.

Hi Vaidas. Set video length to 8 sec just like you did but create keyframes for 12 seconds. Move keyframes to left like in the video and then select all keyframes and offset it towards the left! keyframes that were created after the 8 seconds will take care of the loop since it follows the same pattern fron start to 12 secs. Double tap 'E' to view expressions. Tap 'U' once to reveal animated keyframes. Alt+click on stopwatch to add expression to a particular property. Thanks!

You need to press 'alt'/'option' + click on the stopwatch icon to add expression. Once you add it, you get the arrow!

You need to parent them to null and the parent null will parent to the branch. Please let me know if it makes sense. or dm me on Instagram. I can help!

@@FrancisJMotionDesigner yeah sure it makes total sense.. i was just searching for a completely different approach of animating treebranches... i guess i'll need to find my own style and way of animating it. right now i feel a little guilty 'bout the previous comment.. i was in a grumpy mood and i definetly didn't deserve to get such a nice response from you. Thank you very much! but the effort wasn't worth it :x (I'm german so please excuse any mistakes ^^)

@@InkedRefraction Ah! yes. I understand! There are scripts like 'character swing rigging' and 'overlap' script btw if you want to check out but Its always nice and recommended that you do it with parenting nulls if you want total control over it. Its easier to attach leaves to nulls or use 'Easy Clones' script for the leaves
