[TUTORIAL] Custom OEM Splash Screen Image for Windows Phone

Apologies if the video is sped up for some parts. My laptop (for some reason) has only 1 gb ram but has windows 10 x86. I used VSDC for screen recording and editing this video. Frame drops were occuring during the recording of this video (except by step 9/10) due to both insufficient RAM and storage left on both drives (both 32 GB).15 fps was default. Might get a new one some day. (Just pause on some parts)
BTW, I discovered this when I was scanning my phone whilst in MSM with the Data Recovery Module in MiniTool Partition Wizard for an accidentally deleted file. The "lost" partition's no. was 20 and contains the "logo.bmp" files.
