I didnt check fifa 22 regarding hairs yet. For importing, you just need to change the id with live editor. if you try to import to a player with specific face, well, thats a diffrent and a longer story :P
You can use for any player. 1.player with generic faces you will need just to assign the id that its presented in tutorial.assign with live editor 2.player with specific face, you will need to export the hair with frosty mod manager and to import again to that specific face.
Just assign the hair ID to wich generic player you wish with live editor. If you want to put one of this hairs to any specific player, than you will have to export and import with frosty to the player that you wish :)
For that you need to assign their hairs to a specific models. This hairs from tutorial you can use to any generic face , for example when you create a player. (Y)
