This SUPER easy tutorial will show you how to make a gorgeous orchids from basic craft materials. I Made Three Miniature Orchid Plants From Tissue And Crepe Paper. You Can Easily Use Other Materials To Replace The Ones I Have Used. No Need For Pattern Hole Punches Either. I Used Them As It Was Quicker And I Had Them Already.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I have a selection of hole punches and rather than cutting the shapes with scissors, I thought using the hole punches would be much quicker. Fiddly but fun to make 😊💕

I knew the technique for the flowers but not the crepe paper for the leaves: it's so clever! Thanks for sharing! I also really like the toothpick for the support and the roots which bring realism! The pots are also very pretty! What lovely creations!! 😍😍Congratulation!!! 💕💕💕💕

Have you tried florist foam (Dried) for silk and dried flowers? Instead of relying on glue, which I have tried as well. The foam cuts easily and I try to get a tight fit in the container. Then start adding flowers and give the ends of each stem a good dab of white glue. When it dries it becomes a solid little piece that won’t fall apart when handled.

what scale are these orchids for? they seem really big for 1:12. what I like a lot is that you used the tissue papers to make them - that's a really cool idea. I think I might try that to make some flowers at some point. not sure if i'll make actual flowers - i like house plants (mostly leaves), but I can see adding some pops of color and actual flowers from time to time.

I would say these are more like 1:6th scale. I have made 1:12th scale orchids with same materials. I just didn't use the hole punches. I cut the flowers by hand but still got great results 💕
