Calibration depends on the age of coffee and dose you are using. If your coffee is fresh try to keep it higher temperature and more pre-infusion. If your coffee is aged then either Don't use the pre-infusion or if you use also set in low like 3 to 3.5sec and use less water temperature like 90 to 92'C.
Did you try to change the temperature of group 2? Once you press the menu button long for the setting, go to the right side of your display and click on the first option which is for temperature and g1 temperature will come first and then go to next there will be g2 so go to + button until you reach your desirable temperature will come and click ✓
