I have an idea as a desert-themed bossfight. It will be a giant scorpion that can push its tail out and swing its claws. I’m not really good at triggers and moving things

Other tip:use a song that has a very good drop and also make the boss attacks sync to the song for more popularity like experiment 204, ultra violence and the eschaton did.

good attack for a really hard bossfight: make it 2 player mode, and theres some gameplay while the boss shows up, but while ur doing the jumps, the bods launches projectiles,now you can actually control the projectile, WITH UR OTHER PLAYER!! (make the player a swingcopter/ball

Theres a reason why dragons and mechanical bossfights are more common, because it makes more sense, more then a knight chasing you while it flies in the sky.

I think some unique attacks are: Boomerang type attacks Destroying a gem to make a circle that protects you from a lazer that fills the whole area A turret that shoots bullets in certain times (not connected to boss)

I have a very good idea for a boss that I'm working on now most bosses just try to kill you, but they don't really have a health bar. My idea is to make a terraria boss with a health bar and phases (I'm going for the Twins as the boss) so its gonna be fun to make the boss change phase after a certain amount of health is reached :D (not)
