You can do it withouth any moveclip you can use the lock button from the bases feet

I prefer using the naruto run because cause you know the hand will not move

Ok last time i watched walking then this, it Looks good on any FPS too, just needed more frames if higher. This tutorial helps me. Because im trash at run cycles. (Fun fact: in my old animations i only use dash because i dont know how to make a run animation.)
