*FOR EVERYONE WHO IS HAVING TROUBLE* You have to leave the remapper window open, do NOT close it after you set and save your bindings. This is what got it to work for me :)

In order to change the .txt to an .xml you need to open Windows folder options and uncheck 'hide extensions for known file types' THIS IS ESSENTIAL and is not the default setting. Worth mentioning this next time...

For anybody whose button don't work exept X and O and the arrows buttons. I had this issue too, and i've found a solution. do everything this guy tells you to do, except don't open the "Remapper", instead go to File > Open , and open a file called " PS4Macro.Remote.dll "* and when it opens, press the green play button, the Remapper should appear and every thing should work alright. *you can download that file (PS4Macro.Remote.dll) from here : github.com/komefai/PS4Macro.Remote/releases One last thing, if you want to actually Remap your controls, be sure to type in the letters in capital if it's a single letter button (i.e. : W A S D). for the other keys that are not single letters, (i.e. : LShiftKey, LControlKey, Space, Enter. ) be sure to make the first letter of each word a capital letter, and the rest as small letters. Okay, I got it to work! DO NOT press Z as option to start the remote play just 𝙘̲𝙡̲𝙞̲𝙘̲𝙠̲ ̲𝙨̲𝙩̲𝙖̲𝙧̲𝙩̲ ̲𝙬̲𝙞̲𝙩̲𝙝̲ ̲𝙮̲𝙤̲𝙪̲𝙧̲ ̲𝙢̲𝙤̲𝙪̲𝙨̲𝙚̲, then it works. The "remapper tool" also Has To Be Open. Do NOT close it! leave it in the background, just full-screen Remote Play.
