Tutorial - Learn How To Juggle 3 Balls 

Within 3, 4 hours of practice (in two days), I can juggle (with a little trouble)! I find the tutorial very useful! :D Thanks a lot!

As great as this video is, after 45 minutes of practice it has only made me hate myself more than I already did

It's all fun and games till you get to the three ball cascade. I look Like an epileptic octopus on meth.

***Tip -- When practicing, stand at the side of your bed, so when you drop the balls they just fall on the bed. You can even create a sort of goalie net with the blankets. My back feels much better because of it. ;)

***Tip -- Here's another: Once you start getting better but find you start moving forward to keep up the juggle, stand close to a wall facing it. This helps keep you from tossing the ball forward. Thanks Niels for posting these videos!!! I'm having a lot of fun learning. :)

The problem for me is that I keep on throwing the ball slightly forward which requires me to reach out to grab which then I lose control of the other 2 balls.

I always end up throwing the ball out too far so I have to reach out to grab it, thus losing control of the other balls. First throw's good, second throw's good, third throw is sometimes good, fourth throw is usually always bad. Any tips on how to stop throwing the ball out so far.

I watched this like a year ago, and quickly got frustrated with my efforts... Just watched again today after being inspired by all kinds of cool juggling videos, decided to focusing more on the very basic minor details, and sure enough the next steps are feeling way more doable after some significant basic warmup!! :D The smallest details can make all the difference!!!

i have practiced juggling balls twice before (every time about 10 minutes) with other two youtubers' video, they are all good, but i didn't try a real 3 ball pattern. today i tried it while watching this video, and i made it! it suddenly became so easy, thanks for the great video!! now just need more practice to improve the stability =D

I started to learn how to juggle 3 balls with my tennis balls 2 days ago, and in about 2.5 hours of practice I could finally manage to juggle with 3 balls without much trouble, thanks to this video and some other useful demonstration videos from others on youtube and juggling web pages :). (although it took some extra time to get used to doing more than 3 catches after the first 3 throws and managed to do it yesterday, now I can do 20+ catches pretty easily :p ) Thanks for sharing this video and I found the explanations pretty informative ! Now I'm keen on mastering other tricks with 3 balls and juggling with 4+ balls, I'm having a lot of fun learning how to juggle. :-)

Wow I learned how to do 2 balls in one hand yesterday and picked it up really fast. Then today I already knew how 3 ball juggling worked, but I couldn't get it! Using those practices in the beginning really helped now I can do it easily thanks!!

Now, this is the video I am looking for. Perhaps the technique of scooping motion with your hands will help me learn this activity. All the other videos never mentioned that. In fact, some said to keep your hands fixed stationary at your sides to promote the "muscle memory". Hopefully this works as I am learning this skill for a university class I am in.
