Tutorial: M&R style Squeegee / Floodbar Clamp Replacement & Problem Solving 

Video tutorial on replacing M&R style squeegee and floodbar clamps, problem-solving, suggestions and info.
Please check if your squeegee (more common) or floodbar are twisting on the 1" clamp bar. You can sometime view it or try twisting squeegee slightly by hand. If yes, then replace and use a manual clamp or you will have pressure problems, registration or random mis-prints.

We are not endorsing any brands on this video. Just trouble-shooting common repairs on equipment and making suggestions. This works on many other presses as well. Most air cylinders have 2 flat spots for a wrench to attach at end. Do not scratch the piston rods.
