When attaching the rope to the latch do you fold in half? Making the rope your working with be 8 strands and 5 meters each.

Thats the video im looking for!! Congratulations but i couldnt understand the measures we need, each rope is 2,5 meters? We need 4 of them and that makes 10 meters correct?

I don't understand how from 10 m ropes after putting them in the loop, you have such a short lenghs... subtitles with descriptions are missing in this video

Imposible that each cord should be 10 meter that is a lot. And super hard to work
