How does the wire connect to the main flushing mechanism? It was detached in the box, and we can't get it working.

No sound? It would be helpful!

I have fitted dozens of these. Its a good idea to have all the parts in the one pack, I never had to go to my merchants to get additional bits because something didn't fit. The fill valve is good but the flush valve is a total pile of junk, they never work properly. The big problem is the valve closing a second after the flush starts. They shut regardless of where the float is set. I regrettably no longer use them. What is the point of demo video with a dry cistern in mid air, I suspect its because if it was done wet it would show the flush problem. Also the two tiny lugs that hold the cable mechanism to the push button snap real easy !! that's just poor design.

Not very helpful at all! What is the threaded plastic and sliding thingy on the side of the flush unit? what is the adjustment process for that?

Video as as unhelpful as the instructions. Lack of sound also shows they didn’t even check the upload. Unbelievable.
