In this tutorial, you will learn how to control LEDs with the help of Voice commands. For that we are going to use an Arduino board, Bluetooth module HC05 & an Android !

Doesn't the Bluetooth module work at logic levels of 3.3 v and won't the Arduino spoil it with its 5v logic levels?

I need a lil help from ya brotha .. My Arduino is not responding to any command given by mobile through Bluetooth. I've checked both Arduino Leonardo & Hc-05 module separately , both of them are working well . But when i connect the Bluetooth module to Arduino its not working . Im trying to a bt control home automation system . Please help me to solve this.

I am interested in using this bluetooh module (even without Arduino) to be able to use a 'bluetooh speaker. But how do I get it recognized? On Android you configure it to enable its functions and stop. IN OUT voice. Thank you very much.

Interesting. But then I want to be able to record voice or noise whatever, so you have to add an out to connect a 'speaker. That's the way I need it. :)

KOMPASS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED check the connection..there is a mistake in the circuit diagram...the red wire should be connected to the 3.3 output of the arduino uno board which is 4 pins ahead of the connection given in the diagram

Hey i have tried this but i think iam using a cathode rgb led but the thing is that iam unable to do glow led and proceed further inst.. And i have also changed the commands over 0 to 255 in programe but iam struck now so what to do.. Plss help and suggest me...

Connect the longest terminal to GND of Arduino & the other 3 to digital pins ! And yes, as you've mentioned, you've to make changes in the code by replacing the 255's with 0's & vice versa !

I have made this thing and it is also working but when I am commanding it through voice from phone then it is turning into different color like when I am saying blue it is turning yellow. Can it be due to using arduino nano instead of arduino uno . Please tell fast

KOMPASS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED no it is not due to the board. I think it is due to incorrect coding. Check your code again, if you have made any mistake like your voice command values do not match the output values. If you did not understood then please let me know so that I can try to make things much clear.

Oh yes, you can use other commands like you mentioned ! Just avoid using rhyming words like "sleep" or "slip"

Yes, it does need an internet connection via WiFi or cellular network could also do !

Hi Dravin, no you can't ! You need to use relays for them since they demand high voltage & AC power supply !

Heya, try changing the baud rate to 38400 in serial monitor & yes don't forget to replace 9600 with 38400 in the code !

Hi Manoj, this issue sometimes arises when we directly open the .ino file & try to upload it! So you can solve it by first opening Arduino IDE, then open the .ino file------>compile it------>then upload it !
