Hi! the dimentions of the Airpod case you can find in google but it doesnt matter because at the time to import the .stl file you can scale the 3d Model in software like "Cura3D" or the software of your 3d printer. In the link are the real dimentions of the Airpods case and how you can see are very similar like the dimentions on the video.
