It is a tutorial with no voice showing you how to create a game button, It is a game button for a GUI for your game. It can be used in iPad, iPhone, Android and PC games.
Nothing special but i had no time for something more complex. Editing this video took more time than paiting the it.:)

You have to select them to have sensitivity on your tablet :)

+Taha SM You can but you will need to apply a texture on the element to give it more details. (.png file with a texture with opacity on the element that would be 9patch)
