Most likely the project does not have a fbx that would mean it could be under a different file format or it's just a scene without the avatar it depends on what Avatar model you're working with

PS I now know what you meant you have to either drag the fbx into the scene or into unity if it's a unity package you go open scene or drag it into unity itself it's like you do a photo

Most time you need the unity project with the fbx inside should made more clear but it is old video

for newer version of blender like 4.0 dont work very well the cats plugin only really works good with 3.0 to 3.6 of blender because of it not being updated you dont really need the plugin go to file on top of the top left of your screen in blender then hit file then import then there should be a fbx format you can select what modal please make shore you delete the stuff in scene first tho i will be making a video soon thats exspains everything i did this video like 3 years ago and its still a bit out of date i did not even have a gpu i was making this video on hp all in one lol

you dont need modal to do this any modal works depending on what avatar it is but if ya want it thats different

Most likely the model you're using does not have a material then after that I can't really help you there I just know if the triangle is there that means there's a material there that you can edit

@@playerfrankie18 yes, it didn’t appear to fix the problem, but instead it just allowed me to use the paint bucket

It could possibly be due to something about the png file I am using as a texture background. Like it’s obscuring my ability to edit the UV map

@@KingRevvi I did manage to fix some things, however it only applied to certain parts of the model. I moved to substance painter to avoid the hassle, just sucks how expensive it is. Good thing there is a free trial.
