My firmware request would be to allow external 'audio in' to bypass the osc section and simply route to the fx section without key activation. Ideally, I'd love to send microfreak audio to the fx of the minifreak. The two combined would be unstoppable.

If you happen to have issues with the Tune knob, the fix is very simple: Utility > Audio > Calib Analog followed by Utility > Misc > Reset Settings (thank you Léo from Arturia Support)

This is an entire sonic ecosystem in a box, with just the right balance between hands-on control, and a bit of menu-diving for the more esoteric settings and finishing polish. It's a very inspiring bit of kit!

Loving my Minifreak. Any word on when to expect release of the manual?

Any chance wavetable oscillators will come to the Minifreak?

How does this instrument handle the situation, when i set the cutoff knob (or any other positioned knob) in a position, and then load another preset that has a differenrt cutoff value? How does the knob get synchronized with the preset value? Does the cutoff value "jump" when I change the knob after loading a preset or what happens?

Is the audio in mode on oscillator 1 sent through all six of the digital filters/effects on oscillator 2 and all six of the analog filters and VCAs?

One thing that's driving me nuts is that I'm unable to adjust the LFO 1. I'm doing this exactly like in the video with timbre assigned to LFO 1 in the matrix and LFO 1 selected but when I alter the LFO rate absolutely nothing happens. Also when selecting a different waveform, nothing happens. Really weird. I'm on the latest firmware.

Does anyone who has a Minifreak know if the presets he demonstrates are presets that ship with the Minifreak? Sorry if he mentioned it at any point - never caught it, but that “barely a note” preset was amazing!!

It's a great synth, thanks for this vid. I am all for exploration but PLEASE release the Manual 🙏🙏🙏 There's esoteric functionality here that would benefit from a handbook. I find several deviations from the Micro so I can only use that manual so far. Also,...nice patching Mike!

Both my oscillator knobs are lit and I don't have an "audio in" option

talking about engines, how can you get off the presets? I mean start an INIT preset?

Is the feedback in the microfreak's FM engine the same? It goes from 0-100, not from -50 to 50.

hello, at 25:00 each oscillator have its own analog filter? or Osc2 has the digital ones? How do you access these filters? thanks

It is an interesting beginner synth, but the display is absolutely ridiculous

Please help me, I bought the arturia Minifreak, and searching for a solution which I cant find. The a digital VST u can set the wave like high? So the Sound never stops, at the Arturia Minifreak there is something which causes the sound to go complete to 0 volume after each wave. How im able to increase the like end wave high or volume? I wasnt able to find it yet, and tried turning every controller. I hope Its understandable what I mean. @arturia
