rava cake recipe | suji cake recipe in cooker | eggless suji ka cake in a pan with detailed photo and video recipe. an easy and simple tea time cake recipe made with fine rava with tutti frutti toppings. it is an ideal snack recipe as it does not carry any fancy ingredients and icing compared to the other fancy cakes. moreover, the cake is prepared in a saucepan on top of a gas stove without any egg and hence can be served to any type of audience.

Great recipe.! Amazing presentation! However for all those who think Rava is healthy and Maida is unhealthy, both are same only. In wheat processing, Rava is the stage just before maida. It doesn't have any husk and is as bad as maida. When you grind rava, the resulting powder is home ground maida. Just an information that I wanted to share. People just jump to a conclusion that Rava is ok and maida is not! Eat healthy, stay healthy! :)

@@deepthideepu5822 Please google the processing of wheat. You will understand what rava is and what Maida is. If you say maida is bad, Rava is also bad. If you say once in a while maida won't hurt, same for rava. Technically both are the same. Finely ground rava is only maida. Please google and see. My kind advice, don't eat rava too much assuming it's healthy.

I can Answer your Second question , No, Butter Paper is not Really very Necessary ; You can also use Normal Notebook’s Page, and grease It nicely, there will be no Harm to your Cake, or utensil, (im used to this method actually It turns out to be good!) Fun fact : today only i helped random Aunty when she asked for Butter Paper in a Stationery😂 she couldnt find Butter Paper, i advised her to use this Method , she was Happy😛

The recipe is nice but my cake got burnt slightly and so I had to switch off the gas. So it was undercooked from inside and very dry kind of thing. I had taken exact measurements as per your recipe. But I think that it is not the whole portion cake. There could be two cakes from this measurements....Mrs. Deshmukh
