I went to the same show on Friday and submitted cards for grading for the first time in 30 years(too many cards, time to finally sell some). SGC staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. My thanks to them for their assistance and thank you for sharing your experience
I once bought a raw 1957 Topps Brooklyn Dodgers team card for $60. I sent it in for grading, and it came back a PSA 8. I then turned around and sold it for $549. on eBay. 👍
accommodating or willing to let things slide? hard to know for sure, but does seem odd so many cards were deemed minimum size by PSA but SGC put them into a slab...
Graded that thinking it would get a 10 during the pandemic when base cards were going nuts. Not sure why it got a six. No glaring issues but there is probably some sort of surface issue I’m guessing
