I noticed that tv station in Vietnam in 90s are proud of Vietnam Unification. I hope Korea will reunite again, same as Vietnam. It is depend on the people of Korea if what kind of government they want.

Now I have my own laptop with Windows 10 so I can access the Internet, an Android 10 smartphone and I even have my own flat screen TV in my room for HDMI connection.

At 9.50, the audio seems to be in French with "We salute the day of the 12 September". I think there are some QRM noises from a different station (or from other satellite since 80°E is near beyond the horizon in Western Europe)
Wow!! Incredible TV DX reception. Many years ago, I received a TV DX signal via F2 here in Melbourne Australia, believed to be an unlisted Band 1 station located in Vietnam. The TV signal had also been received in the UK prior to my reception. It actually measured on the scanner as 49.750 MHz (Vision), though the signal was system M NTSC (like USA), which has kept it as a real mystery.
It could be possibly be a SECAM-M signal. While it was System M, there were American sanctions placed on Vietnam at that time so they had no choice but to use SECAM color standards that were imported from the Soviet Union, while still maintaining compatibility with TV sets in former South Vietnam which were NTSC-M only since South Vietnam was transmitting in NTSC while North Vietnam was transmitting in SECAM. Despite the differences in colour television systems, both Vietnams adopted the System M standard which allowed colour TV signals from North Vietnam to be received in South Vietnam and vice versa without the need to purchase another TV set while still being compatible (of course one of the receiving ends would not have colour but at least they can receive a stable TV signal).
@@HBC101TVStudios Wow!! Thanks for the information. I had never considered the possibility of a SECAM-M signal. That would be a very rare situation to have something like that on air.
I believe you could even receive Vietnamese television in East Germany somehow. I presume it was for the Vietnames guest workers in the country at the time.
@@HBC101TVStudiosAbout the compatibility: although the DDR (aka East Germany) used SECAM and West Germany PAL, the DDR still adopted SECAM B/G to be as compatible as possible to West German television (I presume to transmit propaganda to the West?). Other East Bloc states used SECAM D/K. After reunification, the new states switched to PAL, requiring old TV sets to be outfitted with a PAL decoder if they were not natively capable of decoding both PAL and SECAM.
Thirty years ago, Vietnam was still poor and the television industry alone was quite backward. VTV is the official central television channel of Vietnam, specifically this channel VTV1. It's actually very hard, I think that 99% of VTV footages before 1990 is lost media now, but there's a French video (INA) capturing inside VTV's studio in 1983, and that showed the news ident at that time

I wonder if you have any DX footage of other countries in Asia and Africa as most countries in those continents use either PAL or SECAM, which I think you can only receive.
