How hot was the station set when you removed the ic? What was that cracking sound? Sounded like r347-349 one of them might have cracked.

So my problem is not hardware because I can connect a DVD player to my big screen TV via a HDMI cable and it works fine but as soon as I try to do that with my laptop it does not work and says there's no signal. Any idea why?
