This vlog is just to document my experience receiving, unboxing, and installing the TV Jones classic pickups into my new Gretsch 5120. I do a little comparison of the stock Gretsch pickups as well.
I am so excited to start practicing guitar more and maybe documenting the journey.

At first I thought u bought the Gretsch at Sweetwater, but I believe you just bought the case and pickups. How much did you get the 125th anniversary for?

I think I picked it up for between $300-360. maybe less 👍

Just threw some TV Classics in my 5120, the bridge pickup is quite a bit hotter, isn't it?

Yes they are much hotter then the stock pickups, I noticed it when recording the output how loud the signal Is, I believe the Brian Setzer pickups are even hotter🔥
