Samsung Smart TV remote and Samsung Sound Bar. You do not have to use both ( You can). Every time for volume high and low you have to use sound bar remote. YOU CAN AVOID THAT. use only TV remote for TV and Sound Bar . AS SOON you turn on your TV (with TV remote) your Sound bar will turn on. You use same (TV remote)for Volume high and low. AS SOON you Turn off TV, Sound bar will turn off same time. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE SOUND BAR REMOTE.
STILL PROBLEM??? TAP ON SPEAKER LIST(BLUE TOOTH ICON) find your speaker,tap and connect.
