Most of these Ghana Lawyers are useless, they have no ethical or moral training ! Te Attorney General should have denied having tried to coerce the defendant under oath in court and not now trying to make statements using the corrupt media ! Ghana is a cesspool of corruption in extremis under this NPP administration! These so called legal luminaries by Ghanaian standards are just an international disgrace! The lawyers are corrupt , the judges are corrupt, the Supreme Court is corrupt and the media are completely corrupt! Foolish nitwits always defending the indefensible! The tide is changing, lessons have not been learnt from the 1979 revolution and people are still usurping justice with their shallow legal minds!

What the A-G has allegedly done is called witness tampering and that is obstruction of justice. Very serious crime. If true and proven then the case frivolous and should be thrown out.

This man is law lecturer? The allegation is very germaine to the substansive case. Remember the witness swore to tell the truth under oath. Court is very interested in this allegayion to a specific matter.

Oh my God!! This law lecturer man said a lot of grammar but I got absolutely no value in what he said. Based on the little I know about this case, the prosecution has no case at all. This case was initiated in the first place to use as leverage against the minority leader in the tussle to hear and approve the passage of the E-levy bill. Just the same way the AG wanted to use criminal prosecutorial powers to intimidate MP Jackie Quayson.
