Hey #PDArmy, the iQube is the newest contender in the electric scooter segment. Do you think it can take on the Chetak and the Ather? Let us know in the comments, and hit that Like button if you want to see a mega, mega comparo on PowerDrift.
Aether will struggle for service in small towns, but Bajaj and TVS...nope. But Aether is best in performance, I wish if I could have an option of TVS like built (strongest of three in my opinion) and Aether like performance.
@@AdarshTiwary Chetak is the Premium of all ..the Switch Quality , Built Quality is way better compared to both .. for city ride 60kmph is enough..the Chetak will easily blend with other petrol scooters meanwhile I'm sure the TVS iQube has Seperated Opinion.. Personally it look flashy(typical TVS just like Stickering) .. something like a Chinese product
Ather is not worth the money. They have a manufacturing set up in Bangalore for the parts they can't import. Bajaj and TVs have their own plants in cheaper areas which generate quality parts. Both have Bosch PU, which has way better quality control than the crap ather is pulling. Ather excels at using a non hub motor setup. But it's ultimately an expensive tool to enter them into the grid business
Greeting team, I really like your videos and reviews and truly respect your ideology in content. But don't you think many vlogger are ahead of you for giving reviews. Specially with bs6 variant. People had already took the dominar 250 and get you have not even potrait Himalayan . Please speed up. We want to see your post 1st for everything.. a supporter ❤️
It was a great video, I wish PD also brings up women as their hosts. Come on PowerDrift you are already a badass, you could break that male dominance barrier and provide equal opportunity. Not only men, women are motor geeks too.
I am not sure how there's a conclusion that suspension is spot on! It very well could be..but just that it is not possible to verify that on TVS test track shown in the video. If they have a potholed separate track not shown here and then concluded, I would be ok...need to mention that in such case.
IMO, the range is inadequate for the price. Don't think this may sell so well however, it's a start and hopefully it's next iteration should improve upon the range. Also, this turn-by-turn navigation is complete nonsense and not so helpful. They should have a Google Maps style navigation that the Ather offers.
All India vehicle companies are killing it. Be it tata, tvs, bajaj, ather and mahindra with its upcoming line up. Fuck up happens when people buy Chinese and Korean and everything else other than Indian. Look at Tata they literally made BS6 Nexon more powerful than Seltos
In this time December 2021 is it worth to buy TVS IQUBE electric ⚡ 1.3 lakh in Hyderabad I need family type electric vehicles range is not a problem for me perday 25 kilometres
EVs ko suppress karne ki koshis bohot clear dikh rahi hai in this just like Mahindra's E2O, jo company Jupiter jaisa stylish scooty design kar sakti hai wo bilkul itna boxy design wala scooty kabhi design nai karegi. Bajaj ka scooter market Honda kha gya, toh Bajaj had no option but to launch a great electric scooty like Chetak coz it has got nothing to loose now.
The Ather 450 has a transmission ratio of 7.8:1. The BLDC motor produces 20.5Nm of torque. What this means is it has wheel axle torque of 159.8Nm. It's wheel torque would be 159.8 times the ratio between wheel and gear. From looks, the wheel is atleast 2 times in size of the final gear. So it has somewhere around 320Nm of wheel torque. The Ather 450Xs motor makes 26Nm of torque. So with the same drive train, it should make 405.6Nm of wheel torque. That's almost 3 times of what the iQube makes.
Waiting for a Camparo of Apache RTR 200 4v , NS 200, MT-15 , duke 125 I mean whether one should choose - Apache's ABS safety or NS200's performance or MT-15's refinement or KTM's presence and hardware
Companies who only launch in only 1 City (Bangalore) will loose in securing a major chunk of the market share and will perish after sometime. Think big . Every one is just trying to board the Electric 2 wheeler train with average products . No company has anything unique to offer. Is it Lack of Innovation or are they just trying to play safe ??
