In my view the iQUBE is the perfect EV in all terms, It looks decent, priced decently, good driving comfort in cities, adequate range etc. Chetak is also good but the boot space and display aren't practical. Vida, Ather, Ola etc. looks funky, might not suit wide range of customers in different age groups.

i think matching the total weight of the scooters with the driver. Ex: the weight of the scooter + the weight of the driver. would give a much better comparison as the load on the vehicle will be same.

Bro abhi iska price online 1.15L discount ke saath MP me on road 1.30L hai and without discount Rs. 1.66L aur TVS icube base model 1.50L & S model 1.66L me on road. Dono gaadime nearly same specifications hai. MP me Vida ka sirf 1 hi authorised dealer cum service center hai. Kya inko hero motors service me support karega. Kyuki tvs walo ka network accha hai. 6-7 dealers hai. Kya Vida pro lena thik rahega? Mujhe book karna hai sale me for discount aur Diwali tak lena hai. Vida me koi serious issue to nahi? Muze family point of view lena hai because it will be driven by ladies only and that upto 5-10 kms daily as on date. However later running might be increased. Today petrol is @110/- but expected to touch @150/- in a year. Furture is of EVs. Hence instead of spending 1L today on ICE better to spend 1.5 L. Please advise. Thanks!

TVS IQube has good pickup in eco mode, so it should remain the same or increase in sports mode right. Not sure why the pickup has gone down in sports mode. The company should look into this.

It seems there are some km/h reading problem in one of the scooters or maybe in both of them. When iQube was running at 85 km/h and Vida at 81 km/h, both's real world speed was same.

I booked VIDA EV on 30th October. On 18th Jan 2023, cancelled the booking, but not received booking amount till date 05th Feb 2023. The team of VIDA is very lazy. The call service spokes person don't know the name/ contact number of test ride Centres. They don't know the exact time for anything. Neither delivery of scooter in Delhi, they dont know when experience Centre will be open. Even they don't know, when they will return the booking amount after 17 days. Seriously, very worst service experience. Thanks..

iQube S shutdowns completely (blackouts) whenever riding near All India Radio Station and won’t start unless you push the scooter few 100m away from that location. The Scooter has some issues and the company is not transparent why it’s happening and still selling it to customers with the issues, still they haven’t done anything to resolve. Literally we are paying for their R&D.

In the first test with eco mode both scooter were at 50kmph but Vida was slowly catching up with icube. This means that speedometer of one of those scooter is not accurate.

I tested in my new iQube S only on ECO mode, honestly I never used the brakes I relied on their so called Regen to slow down the scooter. I used brakes in few instance. Mostly with pillion and sometimes my 10Yr old kid in the front. The scooter’s mileage stood at 91.2Kms with gentle throttling.

Awesome! As a TVS user since last 12-13 years, I have a soft corner for iQUBE. But Vida has been challenging my belief every once in a while! Pradeep, a genuine question: my aunt needs to buy a new moped very soon since her Access125 is completing 15 years and has been giving some problems. EDIT: She has daily 5-10km use at max. She's convinced with TVS Jupiter (110cc) EURO6 at Rs. 1lakh. She feels that electric vehicles have a much longer way to go before they can become fully trustworthy and dependable and can justify today's cost of 1.5lakh+. What's your take on this? At the start of 2023, would you recommend buying a new ICE petrol moped or an electric one? Also what's the prediction about electrics w.r.t. their batteries after 5 years of usage (range decrease, replacement cost, catastrophic failures, complete unavailability -- vehicle becomes useless)?

@@RahulJha-mc6nz For immediate use case, electrics are defined more enticing. We're more concerned about "What after 5 years or so". Any hints on the battery replacement costs? The ICE vehicles, although require regular expense of servicing and oil, but it doesn't exceed 1-2k (max) if maintained properly. For batteries, that wouldn't be the case, it'll be a relatively huge lumpsum expense.

Previously there was more 40000rs instant cashback for pro in both flipkart & amazon & 1 more offer is 5495rs amazon pay cashback after billing cycle now they have reduced discounts, please think ten times before buying,,, & other company are giving more than 7years or 80000kms warranty for batteries, be careful....think about Ola S1 x they are giving 8years or 80000 kms warranty, & In invoice Vida mention only 3.15kWh instead of 3.94 Kwh......
