Most follicular cysts are painless and harmless. They are not cancerous. They often resolve on their own, within a few menstrual cycles. You may not even notice you have a follicular cyst.
A Follicle in the Ovary , releases an egg each month as part of your menstrual cycle. A follicular cyst forms when the follicle doesn't release an egg. Instead, the follicle fills with fluid and grows bigger.
A follicular cyst can result from failure to ovulate due to excess production of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) at the time of ovulation. If the follicle does not rupture or release its egg, it instead becomes a cyst.

I have done Ovulation induction and IUI. Where 2 follicles i was ovulated. But 1 follicle grows slowly and becomes cyst. After 1 mensural cycle, It also got vanished. But I didn't get my periods on date, it is delayed more than 7 days.

This can be delayed in this case. And many times follicle don’t rapture and becomes cyst. We can only try , final decision is only by GOD.

Yes u can get pregnancy. Bicornuate ut usually dont cause serious abnormality, and we see normal pregnancy in most of them.

Hello plz check my report i m so much concerned. I did my TVS on 4th april on my 5th day of periods. In which endometrial thickness was 3.8 mm Right ovary 9.5 ML, largest follicle measure 0.7 cm, 15 peripherally arranged follicles. Left ovary 6.5 ML , 9 follicles, largest one 0.6 cm. Today i did it again aftr using 3 mnths medicines and on day 4 of periods. Endometrial thickness is 2.5 mm Right ovary has atleast 5 tiny follicles largest one is 5.5 mm and ovary size is 3.5 ML Left ovary has 7 follicles largest is 10.7 mm and ovary size is 4 ML. In previous test FSH 7.3, LH 7.4 now FSH 7.070 LH 5.290 And in pelvic scan endometrial thickness was 7.5 mm on day 3 means yesterday. Plz plz m so concerned check it for me

This seems to be mild pco changes , common in many female with small follicles. This has good recovery , yr Thyroid profile should also be normal. From some good lab , u can do this test. Consult some good gynecologist, with medicines also Reduce stress , start walking , and reduce carbohydrate intake. Remember every kg increase in wt , increases pco changes.

This is normal process , with raptured follicle , forming corpus luteum. If not conceived, then periods start.

If raptured it is small corpus luteum cyst and resolve spontaneously , If not raptured , it grows to become cyst.

These may be duo to hormonal problems like pcos ovarian changes. If there is ovulation there must be corpus luteum size and detail.

Sir Hi sir I have pcod Age 19 W 45 kg R ovary (5.00×3.59×1.85)cm 17.38cc L ovary (4.56×4.06×2.26)cm. 21.61 cc Is this very dengerous condition? Can it be totally cured? In this young age , these are significant pcos changes , which can become severe later. U can live with pcos with much healthy life. Yr gynecologistcan give u simple medicine, along with healthy life.

This is large follicle , sometimes increases to large duo to various reasons , like hormonal problems , or foods , stress etc It causes pain , with or without rapture , but usually raptures with next cycle , If problem increases , or if periods delayed u can consult gynecologist

Sir on the 14day my right ovary contains one cyst, it is approximately 36mm, and after the last scan on 16th day there is no cyst found, doctor said that may be it is a follicle. But I'm still confused either it is a cyst or a follicle.

Right ovary 5.9×2.5×2.1cms vol÷17-18cc and left overy 2.7×2.6×3.7cms vol÷13.14 sr please reply me in hindi please

U hv much higher wt. along with medications u need to change ur life style. U can make best follicle’s at wt less than 60 kg. For diet and life style u can see some of my videos in my channel playlist fitness , if u make this habit u can see best result after 5/6 months.
