I dropped a 44 tooth rear sprocket on mine and it really helped with street riding while not affecting the 1st gear pull too much offroad. I like the front shelf you added.
Looks terrific! It's just a very pleasing bike to look at, but you've certainly pulled off a customized look that morphs it into a late 70's BMW bush photographer bike 😂
My dad had one in the 80s and a dr125..iv rode a friends tdub I enjoyed it..I have a 2012 z1000 and a little 19 kx100 for trails..but I plan on picking up the 22 tdub for my public hunting land rig, I'm a welder/ fabricator im going to fabricate a tow hauler using designed that are already out there, but custom to my specification, just mainly a bigger cargo rack to haul a deer out of the woods.nice bike
Bros still acting like a high school bully as a matured adult lmao. Grow up let ppl enjoy themselves as long as it’s doing no harm. This type of attitude leads a lonely life I almost feel sorry.
@BLYBOUND 🤣 it's still lean. Fixing a crack in the boot won't fix it. It may seem like it is running fine, but it will be lean. Probably run hotter because of it.
It really depends on your location in states! I live in California and my OEM jetting is spot on! I’m below sea level. Pilot jet is 2 turn out. 1.5 turn out is to lean.
Did you need to Rejet the Carburetor after installing exhaust?? I just ordered my DG exhaust, I live in normal altitude here in south Missouri. Thanks!
Adding an aftermarket exhaust will make you run a little leaner. So, yes, you may need to re-jet. I do on my bikes. Going up one on the pilot jet helps with cold starting also.
NO unless 65 is what you want with regearing..rehearing... it is struggling around 70-75 got a 05 TW200 and is strictly a back road/offroad kind of bike.... I mean if your going maybe 15miles on the highway yeah but that's pushing it in my opinion
You didn't get any more power. You simply changed the noise it makes and you interpret that as feeling more power. Also, K&N filters "work" by having larger pores. They are terrible at filtering fine particulate. They cause engine damage over time.
Sorry for the Late response, I will do the sound test tomorrow! I hope the video does it justice, It sounds awesome !!!! I definitely get people turning their heads when I go by!
