Hy dr. Your skin seems really good and youthful. I use almost every product of your brand except hair range. And it has positive effects. I watch your videos and make notes😊. But skincare doesn't go deeper into the skin. Can you please also make videos on other procedures / in office like micro needling, PRP, vampire facial, laser treatments for different skin and hair issues (hair thining, hair fall , pores, under eyes, black heads) and which process is more suitable for skin of color ? And what treatments do you have like botox, laser ? It will be really great if you suggests certain in office procedures too after suggesting products. Thank you.

How about a video for teens from 14-17 girl and boys on basic skincare and also little acne. My 16 year old son has very little acne and just saw a Newsweek article that came out few days ago how lots of acne face washes have significant levels of cancer causing chemical. The one he uses is Cerave acne foaming cream cleanser. Thank you in advance from a new subscriber.

Hi Dr. V. You recommended the DHC oil cleanser for double cleanse in one of your videos. However, it has Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil in it, which is counted as an essential oil and a fragrance on incidecoder. Is it safe to use as an oil cleanser? Dr. V, I never used sunscreen growing up in Maryland. My parents never did either. I never heard of sunscreen until I was in my late 30’s. I started using it at 40. Yes, we need you because I didn’t teach my son to use sunscreen, but I do know that my grandbaby needs to use it. She’s 5, but she needs skincare now verses later. You’re a godsend. I am grateful to have found your channel. I bought your sunscreen 33 days ago and I plan to always use it. ☮️ ❤️ and 💡 from Hawaii 🌈

Hi, I know ur Target audience isn't male. But I stumbled upon ur videos and found them super interesting. I began to become interested in n look for non-hype, simple science based skin care content n learned a lot. I'm currently following ur 'the ordinary' layering routine for pigmentation. N it's working great. But I want to integrate hydroquinone and kojic acid in the routine. N I also want to replace the ordinary retinoid with tretinoin. I WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE UR ADVICE ON HOW TO INTEGRATE THE AFOREMENTIONED INGREDIENTS IN THE CURRENT LAYERS/ORDER OF MY ROUTINE. Also studies show that the effectiveness of topicals is significantly heightened if applied post hyra-facials should I try applying some of my topicals post a hyra-facial ? Like hydroquinone?

hello dr v!! i’m 13 and i’m experiencing really bad acne. i have dark skin as i’m black and the hyperpigmentation is everywhere all over my face 😭. i also have a lot of active acne too. i’m currently using byoma jelly cleanser, the ordinary niacinamide and byoma gel cleanser. i sometimes use a salicylic serum sometimes but i haven’t noticed any improvement. i’m skin is super oily too!

When I was your age I had a bunch of acne and hyperpigmentation all over my face and back. My mom took me to a dermatologist for treatment since it was so bad. I’m much older now, and if I knew then what I know now, I would have only used gentle products to wash my face since I have sensitive skin. I started using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser and the light moisturizer…both were kind to my skin. Eventually I was prescribed a highly effective acne medication and it helped my acne tremendously. I have an 11 year old and have him using Cetaphil now only as well and he has a dermatologist. Once he turns 12 I’ll have him use Dr. V’s skincare (I use her Oily Skin range). I was still getting some acne in my 40’s but Dr. V’s products helped me so much that I won’t use anything else anymore. She knows her stuff! I hope you find something that will help calm your skin and remember your hormones may play a role in causing your acne as well. If you’re able to see a dermatologist, that would be best. ❤

This video was incredibly helpful, but I wanted to ask you: can you recommend some Halal collagen supplements that are not scams and are actually good? I spent hours searching through Amazon in the US, but I am not sure which one does not have pork or ingredients that are haram. There were some collagens labeled "Halal," but they looked sketchy. I want to buy collagen for my 60-vear-old mom to enhance her already beautiful skin and make her joints better. Hello doctor. You are awesome ❤. Just one heartfelt request , please please please look at the ingredient list of 2 more Indian brands ie CHEMIST AT PLAY and DERMA CO. Please look at their face washes and serums specially the ones formulated for oily skin and tell if it’s a good product or not. These brands are actually the only ones in India which provide a number of percentages and options in their products to choose from at an affordable rate. Please investigate these 2.
