The absolute beast free CRM system I have ever seen is from Doc-V, a Kazakhstani company. It’s much more programmable than this one

Ease of implementation. Twenty is still in its alpha stage. I can’t wait until their documentation on integrations evolves, so it’s easier for less experienced coders to extend the usability. I have read on their GitHub discussions, that a N8N integration is planned, which would eliminate the need of zapier..

If you do business on scale you understand that MailChimp (or any other top email provider like Klaviyo) are far superior to let's say HubSpot's email. Also if you get HubSpot (or most CRMs) with the plan which allows you automating things and you got a fairly big team it would probably cost you more than multiple separate subscriptions.
