That was awesome. I love to see interviewers who essentially DON'T play by the rules, always asking the same questions, etc. I would rather not get a ton of new info, but see the boys at ease, just being themselves, than see them forced into answering the same questions over and over. This was just fun and one of the few things that truly made me smile today.
She had such a good opportunity to dive into the relation of why he named blurry face nico . Also Tyler seemed surprised that there were nine members in the group .
If you were born in india, you wouldn't have needed the research. They taught us about the group in 6th grade, when we started set theory. I'm not bragging. It's actually horrible (as in our education is over the top).
Actually a person called nicolas boubaki did exist, after losing a battle for France he tried to take his own life but failed, and the burbaki group was named after him as some weird joke😞
We reading body launguage here lmao. It was probably unintentional but we mirror people we like (in general) or to be "closer" to them. It's normal 😊. And you can see how tyler was closer to her while Josh was little farther. I think everyone here is just as observant as I am
I love their relationship! It doesn't have to be romantic or anything like that (even though that would be adorable) but they do have a strong bond and that is awesome. I wish more people had friendships like that.
Wow this was a great interview! The guys didn't seem annoyed or uncomfortable like some of the previous interviews. It was like they were chatting with a friend.
Theory: If Nicholas Bourbaki // the Bourbaki group has nothing to do with the Niners, but everything at the same time, wouldn’t that correlate to the names of the Niners themselves? The names (Nico, Keons, etc.) all sound like gibberish but are actually taken from songs off of Blurryface. Which raises another important point: They were named after Blurryface for seemingly no reason, just like the Bourbaki group. But the difference is, They’re named after Blurryface because they DO have a correlation to him-Clancy is trying to escape Dema // the bishops, just like Tyler was fleeing from Blurryface by the end of the album. Idk this all made sense in my head I hope it makes sense to some of you !!
The group has nothing to do with the Niners. They named themselves after ONE of the niners - the one Tyler calls Nico. And he has existed for millennia.

i love tyler. he knows josh doesn’t like talking much so he kinda takes the lead but then at the same time, he makes sure josh gets taking time, and if josh is struggling with an answer, he kinda leads him along to some ideas
when tyler said that they never get embarrassed about their old albums because thats what they could have achieved of at those points, they must always be the greatest.
